The product
Job Photos helps you keep local work records and create PDF handovers. All functional features are free, subject to device storage and practical format limits. The only in-app purchase permanently removes in-app advertising within the purchasing store ecosystem. There are no subscriptions, report credits or paid exports.
Purchases and stores
The purchase price is the localised price shown by the relevant store. Store payment, cancellation and refund rules apply, alongside applicable consumer rights. There is no account linking Apple and Google purchases. Purchases are not carried in backups.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the content you capture, its accuracy and any permission needed to photograph property or people or handle customer data. Only share what you intend recipients to receive. Device or photo-metadata dates are not independent verification; reports are not advertised as tamper-proof or guaranteed legal evidence.
Storage, exports and availability
Keep backups you trust. Device loss, storage failure, app deletion or operating-system changes can affect local data. Exports and backups may contain sensitive customer information. We cannot recall copies you share. Advertising or store unavailability must not prevent use of local functional features.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Store payment and refund rules apply alongside applicable consumer rights. Contact us if you need help with a product or purchase question.
